The tremendous power of modern computational and electronic controls cannot be ignored. Electrical and software engineering allow sophisticated measurements and controls to be applied to the most diverse industrial processes. With Matco Inc.’s staff of talented materials scientists, electrical engineers, and software developers, we offer assistance in electronic and computer systems development for many diverse industries: from waste management, to manufacturing, to quality control systems. Give us a call to discuss and to identify areas for possible automation within your systems and to explore the ways that enhanced technology can make your business more profitable. We offer the design of electronic and computational tools with turn-key installation which take the frustration out of installation process.
Some of our past experiences include the design and implementation of an array of temperature probes that we used to evaluate the efficiency of hot water boiler systems. Our other projects include the testing and development of advanced gas sensors which detect poisonous gases without being triggered by similar gases of non-poisonous nature. Additionally, we are working to develop a corrosion sensor used in a metal pickling facility that will be used to determine the corrosion rate of the bath at different intervals. This information will be used to calculate the amount of time the metal must be in the bath to remove a predefined amount of material.
Our diverse team of engineers have the knowledge you need to improve your facility, product, or production line. We have started down the road to the twenty-first century, now is the time to envision, design, create, and implement the technology that our society has been working on over the past several thousand years. Matco Associates, Inc. believes that we have the team needed to make these processes happen, give us a call or send us an e-mail to discuss exploring your options for the future.
