This position requires the Incumbent to have one to four years of relevant experience in a professional services setting. Must posess excellent organizational and computer skills, and be able to accomplish multiple tasks in a timely manner. This position requires coordination and communication with a wide variety of personnel.
Receptionist: duties include answering phone, greet and assist visitors. Type reports for engineers and maintain all project files. Assist employees with copy/scanning of document to clients. Reorder any office supplies and supplies needed to maintain office. Complete any other necessary secretarial duties as needed and assist other office personnel with duties as required. Receive and sort mail and faxes. Sign for any incoming items delivered with signature and date documented. Ship UPS packages.
Accounting: duties include all invoicing in MAS200. Collection calls on past due invoices. Obtaining credit approvals thru headquarters, and processing new customer forms. Maintaining the project files with the proper paperwork in place to begin project. Maintaining monthly sales reports. Assist in the Wellness program.

- Accounting knowledge/light bookkeeping
- Basic computer skill-Microsoft office/Excel spreadsheet
An Associate’s degree in Accounting or Business Administration and/or relevant professional certifications are a plus. Knowledge of MAS200.
