Join Matco at the EDM International Conference on Overhead Line Structures

MATCO Services, Inc. will be attending the EDM International Conference on Overhead Line Structures in Fort Collins, Colorado during the dates of March 31 - April 3, 2014.  “We are delighted to be attending the EDM conference this year, and invite you to stop by MATCO’s booth if you plan to attend as well” said Dr. Zee when recently asked. Since 1987, EDM has brought the International Conference to the electric utility industry in an effort to provide a forum that focuses on technologies and resources that support the leading corporate objectives of electric utility companies today -- such as reducing operations and maintenance (O&M) costs, increasing power throughput, and improving line reliability. The conference objectives are:

  • To provide a forum for professionals to explore the issues that impact the use of utility line structures throughout the world
  • To exchange information on the state of the art in research, technology, materials, maintenance, manufacturing, and design
  • To showcase products and technologies through the commercial exhibition

Utility executives, managers, and engineers with responsibility for transmission, distribution, substation design, construction, and O&M are invited. A half-day vendor expo will be part of the conference again this year.
