Relocation Celebration Open House - January 26th, 2012

You're Invited!  Please mark your calendar and plan on attending Matco's Relocation Celebration Open House!

Matco Services is hosting a lab tour and demonstration to celebrate the relocation of our main headquarters in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.  We invite one and all, and hope all can attend this very special event in Matco's very long, and distinguished history.  This relocation represents the culmination of many efforts over the past year to upgrade and expand Matco's capabilities as a materials testing, inspection, corrosion engineering, and repair firm.  Please note:

When:  Thursday, January 26^th, 2012

Time:  4:00 to 8:00 pm 

Among the many new and added benefits of this well appointed and expansive facility is the ability to conduct in-house training for large groups, perform witnessed testing for litigation support for multiple parties, and implement new streamlined test set-ups.  Our new facility has expanded capabilities in each of the following departments:    

• Metallographic Lab
• Microscopy and Digital Imaging Center
• Environmental Testing Lab
• Cathodic Protection Group
• Paint Coating Analysis Group
• R&D Group

Our sophisticated array of lab equipment including the scanning electron microscopy with elemental X-ray dispersive system (SEM/EDS), Auger electron spectroscopy (AES), and the Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy (FTIR), are located in areas set apart from the other equipment in order to maintain client confidentiality and provide a thorough analysis of trademark products.  Demonstrations will be on-going during the celebration.
